Presenter: Liu Yuan, Plano Police Dept.
Ms. Liu Yuan is a crime prevention specialist and community liaison in the Plano Police Department. She has over ten years of professional experience in crime prevention, and is a frequent speaker on the subjects of home safety and crime prevention.
Ms. Liu Yuan has a master’s degree from China and another master’s degree from MSU. In this session she will share her insight on the modern crime of Identify Theft, and provide some effective methods to prevent Identity Theft.
