Chiao, Professor of Electrical Engineer, University of Texas at Arlington, and Biomedical Engineering Program, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, will deliver a speech titled "From Telecom to Biomed – My experience in career transition " in the Telecommunications technical seminar on April 4th (Saturday) 3:00 ~ 3:50 pm at Plano Schimelpfenig Library.
