| The 2011 DFW Youth English Speech Contest is a CIE-sponsored event. It is a unique opportunity for youths to initiate, research, write, and deliver an address to public audience. Texas Dragon Toastmasters Club will organize the contest. Toastmasters International has been invited to aid in the critical judging area and all levels of competition will be judged by the members of that organization. Students in grades 1 to 12 are invited to participate. Online registration is required. Registration fee is $10. |
