| Is Six Sigma merely another buzzword under pseudo quality control? What is Six Sigma? What is Lean? Why is Six Sigma embraced by more and more enterprises, government and non-profit organizations? What can I gain through Six Sigma?
This seminar tries to answer the above questions. It is an introduction to the history, key knowledge areas, and benefits of applying Six Sigma.
