| Business, to many people, is an abstract and mysterious thing. Yet, there are many successful businesses around in various kinds. So, what makes the business work?
In this presentation, a model with several key attributes to business formation will be discussed to help visualize the business concept.
To implement a specific business case based on model, on the other hands, will require considerations both for a sound strategy and for the excellent execution. Those aspects will be addressed in this presentation.
Lastly, factors related to customer and practices key to business success will be shared
