The Microelectronics group of CIE-DFW is fortunate to have an expert in this field, Mr. Zhenya Huang, to give a seminar on the outsourcing. The Mr. Huang was a Senior Manager of Motorola responsible for outsourcing related business planing. He also serves as the Regional Director of Motorola Asian Business Council in Texas. He holds a lot of first-hand experience on outsourcing.
