| The purpose of the Youth English Speech Contest is to foster self-confidence, promote interest in public speaking, provide an opportunity for students to improve their speaking skills by competing, and to recognize the best to encourage all. Texas Dragon Toastmasters Club will organize the contest. Experienced and trained judges from Toastmasters International will serve as contest judges. Students in grade 1 to grade 12 are welcome to participate. |
