| The purpose of the Youth English Speech Contest is to foster self-confidence and promote interest in public speaking, and provide an opportunity for students to improve their speaking abilities and to recognize the best as encouragement to all. Texas Dragon Toastmasters club will sponsor the contest. Experienced trained judges from District 50 of Toastmasters International will serve as judges. Students in Grade 1 to Grade 12 are welcome to participate. |
