| The program features interactive lecture sessions and panel discussion. The seminar is focused on helping students to build up their self-confidence in preparation for college. There will be interactive workshops and panel discussion. The workshops focus on branding yourself and on valuing your strengths. Accomplished college students and young professionals will provide their personal experiences and tips on college and career choices to the attendees during panel discussion, the question and answer session. The seminar is open to students in 9th through 12th grades. The Junior Leadership Seminars are limited to 100 students on a first-come-first-serve basis.
