Senior Manager: Infrastructure Engineering
The primary responsibility for this position is to provide technical leadership and management to 15 network, server, and storage engineers and architects. In doing this, the incumbent must ensure corporate engineering and PCI standards are followed for each engineering solution developed and implemented. Additional responsibilities will include managing corporate initiatives and projects, developing best practice engineering processes and procedures, and defining metrics of success for the engineering team. This position will be responsible for some operational delivery elements such as Active Directory and Exchange. This position will also be a mentor, provide training on processes, and technical support to all technical staff. Responsibilities:

Manages a team of 15 people responsible for developing and delivering IT solutions for the business and customers Analyzes trends in technology and the impact of emerging technologies on the business Provides assessments and solutions to address technology and business issues Manages financial resources of the company while ensuring the development of high-quality technology solutions aligned with customer and business needs Establishes relationships with employees and key stakeholders (internal and external) Manage enterprise technology utilization and capacity usage Minimize client exposure to infrastructure incidents Provide a technology plan, documentation, and forward-thinking assessment for the corporation (plans will include voice and data network, server, storage and desktop environment) Maintain working documentation and visual schematics of environment Align with corporate technologies and methodologies *Provide estimates of cost, resource, and time

Requirements: 8+ years IT Manager or Director experience leading IT teams, developing IT strategy and developing long term IT plans

5+ years recent engineering experience within an IT engineering department. Specifically, experience in: Network Access Control, Traffic Shaping (newer technologies), Windows Vista, Virtual Machines and Storage-Optical or Scanning- OnBase, FileNet, Documentum is preferred. Bachelor's degree in technology, preferred Demonstrated progressive experience in managing a technical corporate engineering team Familiarity with ITIL concepts, specifically in the area of service delivery preferred
